Orders & Delivery Terms

Orders


The store is open to place orders for limited times specified and once the store is closed, a once off order will be placed with the manufacturer. Outside of this time, orders cannot be placed on this site. NWP is not obliged to accept an order and reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason. No laybys. 


Customers are required to select a shipping method, either “Pickup From Store” or “AU Shipping”. An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product for the price specified on this site, including the cost of postage and handling if “AU Shipping” is selected (refer to the Delivery Terms).


If “Pickup From Store” is selected, pickup locations will be advised on the NWP Social Page, and products should be available for collection about 3 weeks from the order date with the manufacturer. Following collection, all risk in the product(s) will pass to the customer. The collection time is indicative only and customers are not entitled to compensation if the time frame is exceeded. Please allow for this time when considering your order. 


All orders will be transacted via PayPal’s secure payment gateway and PayPal’s terms of service will apply. By completing payment via PayPal, you agree to their terms and conditions. Credit card details are managed by PayPal’s secure payment gateway, not NWP. 



Delivery Terms


Please read the Delivery Terms carefully before ordering products from this site. 


If “AU Shipping” is selected, products should be available for postage about 3 weeks from the order date with the manufacturer. If you place an order for sticker product(s) only, the product(s) will be posted via Australia Post “regular post” (at a fixed delivery charge) to the address provided by you. If you place an order for apparel only or both apparel & sticker product(s), the product(s) will be posted via Australia Post “express post parcel” (at a fixed delivery charge with tracking included) to the address provided by you.


All delivery charges are to be paid by the customer. Once posted, delivery generally takes 3-7 business days via standard post and 1-3 business days via express post. The delivery times are indicative only and customers are not entitled to compensation if the time frame is exceeded. Please allow for this time when considering your order.


Following postage, all risk in the product(s) will pass to the customer. A lost parcel due to an incorrect address provided by you is not the responsibility of NWP. A damaged parcel due to incorrect delivery and handling is not the responsibility of NWP. Lost or damaged parcels in transit are the responsibility of the customer to follow up with Australia Post. If items are returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be contacted to provide a correct address and will incur another delivery charge.
